Features

The bottles are dropped directly from the plastic bag into the vibrator or rotor. These bottles get into the chute and the orienting turret picks them up one by one by holding between the releasing bar and the trap, then these are dropped into the conical cup and further to the nylon turret. As the turret rotates the bottles are delivered onto the turntable. The turntable delivers the bottle on the slat conveyor of the filling machine. These bottles get filled and move onto the nozzle insertion station. The nylon turret moves the bottle forward and the nozzle turret synchronizes with this as it moves forward and the nozzle is inserted into the bottle. Then it moves further and the cap falls onto the bottle and the cap is screwed by the screwing mechanism.

Aluminium cap / ROPP sealing
machine for vials

Features

The seals are dropped in the vibratory bowl, due to vibration these move on the periphery and get into the chute. The vials after bunging move on the slat conveyor and get into the turret. As the turret moves the vial picks up a seal from the chute and moves onto the sealing turret. The vial is held between the plunger and the sealing head. Cartonating Machine

Functions

The cartons are placed in the Hopper. The Suction unit pulls out the carton one by one, opens the carton and pushes it onto the chain carrier. The bottles are placed on the product conveyor either manually or automatically. The bottle gets pushed into the carton, the side flaps gets folded into the carton, the side flaps get closed and the top flap gets tucked in and the closed carton gets delivered to the end of the machine. This machine can be used for Bottles, Vials, Ampoules, Blisters, Tubes etc.

Screw capping machine

Features

The Vials/Plastic Bottles are loaded on the Turntable. From there they are delivered to the conveyor of the Filling Machine. The Filling Machine stops the number of vials required and then the liquid is filled in. The filled vials get into the turret of the Screw Capping Machine. The Caps are loaded in the vibrator. They get oriented and come down through the chute. Each vial picks up a Cap as it moves on and the Capping Head screws the cap on to the vial.

1. Can be used for 2 ml to 100 ml vials.
2. Output 120 to 240 bottles/minute depending on the cap to be used.

Change Over

Screw Capping Machine : The Turret needs to be replaced for each bottle diameter. The Head need to be adjusted according to the height.

Monoblock liquid filling and stoppering machine

Features

Change Over

12 head volumetric liquid filling machine.

Features

The above machine is suitable for higher volumes and output. This machine is conventional type. The  washed bottles from the washing are conveyed onto the filling machine conveyor in a single row, These bottles automatically go into two tracks. The bottles stoppers stop the bottles and the filling head dives into the bottle and gets, as the head gets lifted up it stops filling. These bottles are released by stopper and the next set of bottles come under filling head the cycle continues.

Automatic bottle collating and case packing machine

Features

The in feed slat conveyor for the containers/bottles is attached to the outfeed conveyor of the labelling machine by a dead bridge. Erected corrugated master cartons/ shippers are placed on the carrier dog chain conveyor which advances the cartons till
they are under the feeding magazine. The bottles/containers are collated in a single row and pushed in the feeding magazine .The feeding magazine now is lowered and it gently releases the bottles/containers in the cartons. The jaws of the feeding magazine widen the spacers in the carton before releasing the bottle thereby avoiding any jamming. The carton now advances by a single column distance and the feeding operation repeats itself. After the carton is fully filled, the next carton comes under the magazine and the operation repeats itself.

Automatic rondo packing machine.

Features

Rondo Trays are loaded in the tray Hopper in the same position as delivered by the supplies. Filled and labelled ampoules are loaded in the product Hopper. A Stereo is fitted on the Printing Head and ink is applied on the Cartridge. Gum is filled in the Gumpot.

The dog-chain moves out each Rondo. The flap opening station opens out the flaps. The Rondo moves further under the rotary filling station and the required number of ampoules are dropped
in. As the Rondo moves further the Printing Head Prints the Batch No., Date, etc. and the Rondo moves further and the small flap closes. Glueing takes place and further the big flap closes and at
the pressing station it. gets pressed and delivered.
